We have a lot of fantastic topics in Year 5 which I know you will really enjoy and be very enthusiastic about. I am very much looking forward to all of the fun and exciting learning we will experience together.

Next year will be a new, fresh start. We are a team in Year 5 and we will all work extremely hard to learn and progress together. Have a lovely, relaxing summer and I can’t wait to see all of your happy, smiling faces in September.

Mr Johnson

Hello, I’m Mrs Todd and I will be your Year 5 teacher in September! I am really looking forward to meeting and getting to know you all throughout the year. I am busy getting our new classroom ready and planning lots of exciting lessons for us. In Year 5, we learn about great topics such as Earth and Space, The Second World War and we even make our own bread! I will be new to Year 5, just like you, so we can learn and enjoy the year together. Enjoy your summer holidays and I will see you all soon!

Mrs Todd

Hi everyone! I hope you have all been keeping safe and well. I’m so happy that I get to continue supporting you all through Year 5. Enjoy your summer holidays and I will see you in September for a brand new year, with lots of new and exciting topics. From Miss Morton

Welcome Year 4 to Year 5

I’m Mrs Hull and your new TA in Year 5. Hopefully we will have a more structured year without any interruptions.

I look forward to getting to know you all and having the best year ever.

If you have any concerns in Year 5 and the year group teachers are unavailable, I will be around to assist.

Enjoy your summer holiday and see you all soon

Lots of love

Mrs Hull

                        Mr Johnson                                                                                Mrs Todd

                     Miss Morton                                                                              Miss Hull

Goodbye Year 5

Hello everyone. Here we are at the end of Y5. I wanted to say goodbye and wish you all the best for Year 6. It has been an absolutely amazing experience teaching you these last two years and I am very upset we didn’t get to see the year out together. You have been a fantastic class to teach and it has been wonderful seeing how much you have grown and progressed these last two years. I know you will have a great time next year and I can’t wait to see all of your smiling faces again when you return as Year Sixes! Have a lovely summer and remember to stay safe.

Thank you all again for a fantastic two years as your teacher,

Mr Johnson

Hello Year 5. Here we are at the end of the year. Even though it was such a short time, I have really enjoyed the experience of teaching you all this year. It is such a shame our time together got cut short but it was an amazing experience, one that I will remember forever. You have been a brilliant class to teach and I have thoroughly enjoyed all of the fun we have had together. It has been a pleasure to have taught you this year and I will miss you all. Have a lovely, safe summer everyone and I hope you all have a fantastic year in Year 6.

Thank you again,

Miss Calvert.

Here we are at the end of our school year. What a year it has been!

While most of you have been home schooled, I have still been busy in school each week and have missed each and every one of you so much. We were just getting to know each other’s little quirks.

I just want to wish you lots of success in Year 6 and would like you to remember I’m not far away if you want a chat.

Enjoy your summer holiday and I will see you back at school hopefully in September

Hello Y5. We hope you are well and staying safe during this time. On this page we will be adding different activites for you to work on at home as best as you can.

We look forward to seeing you all again soon.

Mr Johnson and Miss Calvert.
